Our team has a combined 45 years of industry experience, specialising in strategic advice, financial systems, accounting and tax. By combining our financial experience with IT and strategy consulting, VBCS offers a holistic approach to growing our clients’ businesses.

Who We Are

Raghunathan Muralidharan – Managing Director

Raghunathan Muralidharan (“Murali”) has been working in the financial sector for almost three decades. Formerly a partner in a Big 4 firm and a CFO for a large mining and petroleum group, he has provided services as:

  • A professional accountant with expertise in accounting, auditing, corporate finance and IT.

  • A strategic business advisor

  • An advisor to start-up entities and

  • An advisor on the adoption of blockchain in enterprise

Murali has worked on multi-billion-dollar projects but enjoys the challenge of working with small and medium-sized businesses.

Srinivasan Jayanthi– Director

Srinivasan Jayanthi (“Jayanthi”) has 22 years of experience in the finance industry as a professional accountant and financial advisor. Her experience in a number of top accounting firms has allowed her to bring multiple talents to the VBCS table.

Jayanthi has extensive experience in various disciplines from taxation through to driving business administration efficiencies. She has delivered successes in many different operating environments in various organisations.

As a Chartered Accountant, she continually delivers successes for her clients through a unique approach that is methodical and focused, yet also adaptable enough to get results in fast-moving or fluid operating conditions.
